I'll bite. A trip to the library today yielded these quotes from page 9 of Cynthia Rowley's new book "Home SWELL Home (Designing Your Dream Pad):

Keep It Sexy

Break the Rules

Make Room for Fun

Embrace Imperfection

And Always Be Ready to Change Everything!

She's talking about decorating, but hey, it works for life, I think. (If you think this is a good start, you should see page 15, where she starts talking about a girly glimpse, a manly touch....and curves! :clap_1:

Here's one for you, JOe, from the same book:

"You know it's supposed to be sophisticated to adore evenings spilling over with red wine and Tosca. But when the whistle blows, your idea of heaven is to burrow in for an evening of channel surfin', TV dinners, and a couple of cold ones."

I could improve on the "TV dinner" part but otherwise, sounds good to me. :rolling: :rolling:

"Do you know how they brainwash people? They repeat something over and over. And that's what we do in this country. Owning things is good. More money is good. More property is good. More commercialism is good. More is good. More is good. We repeat it - and have it repeated to us - over and over until nobody bothers to even think otherwise. AWESOME BOOK! Great quote too! I suggest everyone read it for some good life lessons!

I, too, enjoyed reading Tuesdays with Morrie. I saw the book publisher on C-Span the other day who turned it down. He was in deep regret. How could publisher who read that book not think it could be a best seller and refuse to publish it? I think he was searching for :bang:.
