She is hoping to get out of the hospital today, but will need a whole bunch of lovin' and a little time to heal. Please send some well wishes and love her way.

Tonight, I delivered the messages from this thread, to Rachael. She was totally blown away by all of your kind words. She kept asking me who all these people were, so I shared tid-bits. The next time you see Rachael, please introduce yourself to her.

I saw Rachel At the Red Bar on Sunday. She was very upbeat and appreciative of your post SJ. She had a walker with the SOWAL.COM sticker on it.

hey rachael, if your leg ever hurts so bad that you don't feel like getting up to dance and folks are wondering why and starting to bug you about it, just tell them that you've turned BAPTIST!
So here is my brief update on Rachael as of Nov 16 2006. As I have not been out much lately, about two weeks have passed since I last saw Rachael. Tonight, she walked into 3Thirty1 without her walker. I was in disbelief. She says that the doctor has told her to continue to use it, but she has grown tired of it, so she ditched it. She appears to be walking well, and dancing well, but she did mention that she has had some pain in the knee. I think that could be from the drop in pressure because my knee has also been acting up today (surgery a few years back). Anyway, Rachael has made quite a recovery, though she is not back to full speed yet, but it looks very promising. Thanks to everyone for sending my friend Rachael good thoughts of well-being after her accident!!! You guys are the best.
:clap_1: ...I met Rachael at Pandora's while I was there. You will not be surprised to know that we talked for a long time! She is one of those people that you meet and feel like you have known forever. Thanks for the update SJ. That's good news.
