I hate it when I get behind on sowal...I started the Oscar thread and haven't even looked at it. I plan on catching up today if we get snowed in.;-) This is what has kept me busy the last 2 days. We still need to hang some pictures and buy a few more but as you can see...it's no longer the "little girl pink". She's been bugging me for a while now to change the color. After we saw a room on Make Me a Supermodel...we were both inspired.

On that subject, they will never sell a condom to a short girl or guy. They place the condoms and lubricants out of the reach and sight of kids, so short people would have to ask someone else to reach a box of condoms for them. (could make a great hidden camera setup) Also, guys don't want to get caught on the feminine product isle, so they won't be buying them from the grocery store, unless they also display them next to the beer. Women probably want to keep them near the other fem. products, but not guys. I bet they could sell a lot of condoms to guys if they were next to the beer, just to make the guy look like he was cool. "yeah, I'm buying an 18 pack of Bud and I think I'll get some of these condoms, too. I'm cool."

So will we have more short people since they can't reach the condoms and will have more short babies? Will tall people become a minority group as they are using all the condoms preventing their reproduction? What will become of the NBA?

Thanks Mangy! It's been fun picking up things here or there...it's a big change going from pink accessories to black! I found the cutest black and white basket at Hobby Lobby yesterday..I think it was an easter basket. I also picked up an eiffel tower figuring thingy. I really need to stop...the whole idea was to de-clutter.

Tiger is a freak of nature and a hard worker to boot. He has earned it. It is such a ridiculous amount that maybe in 20 years he'll have his own foundation and do a lot of good with it.

So I've heard. He's giving back. But I just can't conceive of having that much money. It would really be hard to decide which charities to share it with. What a nice problem to have!.

Well, for any that might be interested, Betty is out of the hospital and back in our apartment here in Houston. We are both anxious to get back to paradise but it will be a while yet. Her recovery is going well but of course there is some pain and she tires easily. We are both appreciative of the good wishes and great (grayt)(I'm learning) support from all you SoWallers. Thanks ever so much!

So glad to hear Betty is out of the hospital...people get sick in there!!! Give her lots of TLC and we will take care of lots of prayers. When she is well enough to travel get her to SOWAL!!! The energy is positive and grayt for healing the body and soul.

yes, he is a super player and person. and I feel anyone who achieves excellence in their sport, or in any endeavor, is deserving of any and all of the rewards that come their way. its especially nice when it happens to someone like Tiger.
