I'm dreaming of italian food prepared by 3 guys and served to a whole gaggle of wine drinking women. and that dream is coming true in about 2.5 hours. the question is what to wear.

Well, for any that might be interested, Betty is out of the hospital and back in our apartment here in Houston. We are both anxious to get back to paradise but it will be a while yet. Her recovery is going well but of course there is some pain and she tires easily. We are both appreciative of the good wishes and great (grayt)(I'm learning) support from all you SoWallers. Thanks ever so much!

Andy, we are all so pleased with B's successful surgery and seemingly quick recovery. We await your return with open arms. Everyone around here has missed you both. Looking for you about the 15th.

Why are pre-teen boys rooms so hard to decorate?

Apparently those annoying magnets they stick to the front of the phone books are a close fit to the sticker size!

I am SO tired of all of the nonsensical uber-security when I try to pay a bill!

Seriously, is there a huge problem I am not aware of where people are attempting to login and fraudulently PAY your bills for you?

I find it quite amusing that they think they are preventing anyone but me from accessing the account. If these thwarted criminals know 1) that I have the card 2) the login name and password, then why the puck would they not know the asinine answer to "what was your first job" or "what is your mother's name."

This is not high level finance, it's an in-house credit card with a max $250 limit!

Hope they're happy, no $ for them today!

Snowed yesterday, sun shining today, supposed to snow again Friday, and Sunday is daylight savings time again.

Why don't we leave this time thing alone?

Yesterday it took me 5 minutes to convince my mother that because we both live in the same time zone, it would still be the same time for both of us after the time change! (I went to college where our time zone flip-flopped at Daylight Savings time and it is still causing confusion years later.)

I had them all DVR'd waiting for the wife to leave town this week (she's not interested). I have seen them all but the finale and saved it for tonight. I enjoy it too!

I can't wait to watch Marlee Matlin on DWTS.
