Re-locating for school in spring, looking to house-sit for the Winter season.

I am a 24-year-old young professional and am looking to house-sit for the winter season. I am willing to barter rent to benefit both you and I. This being because I will take care of your house in exchange for rent, as I am finishing school in another state beginning the spring months, and it will benefit me to save money for moving expenses, and do not want a lease for such a short amount of time. I am willing to go into detail personally as a reply is made to this posting. I am single with no pets and will not be having "overnight guests" if you know what I mean. If you have any other additions besides house upkeep (cleaning, maintenence, etc.) I am willing to discuss options that are within reason, of course.
