    A top-producing, fast-paced luxury real estate company seeks a highly-organized and self-motivated individual to serve as a Real Estate Assistant to one of our top producing agents. The Real Estate Assistant assists the agent in various listing and transaction management tasks, marketing projects, team production reporting, as well as refining and creating team systems and processes. The Real Estate Assistant is also responsible for coordinating showings, gathering showing feedback and serving as a showing agent when required.

    The ideal candidate works well in a team environment, performs quality work at a fast pace, is capable of managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and possesses professional written and verbal communication skills. Additional qualities of the ideal candidate are solid business acumen, sound business instincts as well as successful experience in high-pressure environments.

    The Real Estate Assistant will require computer skills and the ability to acquire and maintain the technical proficiency needed to complete their duties. An intermediate to advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps and/or similar products (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs and Sheets) is required. Experience in the real estate field is highly preferred but not required. Attention to detail is a must.

    A valid Florida real estate license is not required, but the candidate may be encouraged by the agent to obtain.

    Compensation will be commensurate to candidate's experience and may include opportunities to earn additional performance-based pay.
