The Reservations Sales Manager’s primary responsibility is to drive revenue through effective management of the reservation process. Those processes include improving agent lead conversion through coaching and managing staffing levels to optimally capture as many reservations as possible. Candidate must be available to work all weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities include:
  • Provide sales training & procedural training
    • Conduct monthly agent training
    • Develop coaching plans and coach agents
  • Implementing incentive plans
  • Run pacing reports
    • Analyze data to recognize trends in occupancy/revenue
    • Communicate all trends to upper management and suggest packaging and marketing ideas
  • Resolving guest issues as it pertains to reservations/cancellations

Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) or equivalent from four-year College or technical school; or
  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year College or technical school
  • Minimum of four years related experience and/or training in reservation or hospitality industry
  • Two years experience in a management role.
  • Ability to answer client’s questions and successfully resolve issues and/or negotiate matters related to client’s account.
  • Must possess thorough knowledge of MS Windows and Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Explorer, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Navis software is a plus!
