If it is the right time of year, you are welcome to pick and eat.

Rent includes the following:
- Freshly painted interior/exterior, new vanity/sink/mirror, new kitchen sink, new ceiling fans, new light fixtures, etc. (updated interior pics not yet available)
- Newly Furnished
- Kitchen fully stocked with cookware, microwave, coffee pot, utensils, plate ware, etc.
- Full-size new washer & dryer
- Small pet will be considered with a non-refundable pet deposit of $250
- Lawncare is provided
- Fishing in our lake is permitted
- Jon boat, kayak, and paddleboard available for use
- Fire pit near the lake with wood provided
- Workout area is available with 5lb - 50lb dumbbells, flat bench, rowing machine
- Hiking trails on 32 acres for walking/running
- Hammock for two in front of the cottage
- Picnic tables around the property for use
- We are happy to share fresh chicken eggs as available
- We are happy to share fresh fruit from our trees that include grapefruit, lemons, oranges, grapes, pecans, blueberries, blackberries, and figs...

The rent is $1,695 per month + utilities (elec, water, WiFi). One-year lease and a $1,000 security deposit. Subject to credit/background approval via Zillow Rental Manager. (Non-smoking)
