Responsible roommate to share four bedroom house in Palmetto Trace

Looking for mature, responsible roommate to share 4 bedroom home in Palmetto Trace. Great location on the west end of Panama City Beach. Located across from Pier Park and adjacent to Frank Brown Park. Just 15 minutes from Scenic Highway 30-A.

Great family friendly neighborhood. Community pool and close to the beach.

Rent is $550/month plus half of the utilities. Fully furnished bedroom. Will relocate furniture if you have your own. Roommate may take more than one room if needed.

This is a great roommate situation as I will be out of the country for 7 months and my fiancé stays in Destin three nights a week.
