The St. Joe Company is searching for a Revenue Accountant to handle all aspects of accounts receivable function for 50+ commercial lease tenants. Candidate will bill monthly rent and process payments, manage security deposits and have direct contact with tenants. Additional responsibilities include creating annual budgets, monthly variance analysis for leasing operations, processing sales tax, processing journal entries, coding of invoices for payment, as well as petty cash, unapplied cash and utility reimbursement reconciliation. Successful candidate will have degree in accounting, experience with accounts receivable and experience using accounting software such as JD Edwards.
