Room for one female

Large furnished Master room in a 3/2 with en-suite bath and shower available for rent 9/8 in central Santa Rosa Beach. Background check required. I would prefer one female who works or attends school full time. Must be okay living clean with myself and two kids who are out 7-7 most days, plus one hypoallergenic pup, who is house and crate trained. No extra storage available in the garage. Month to month, this could be a perfect opportunity for a room to rent while looking for another.
