Hello! I have the opportunity to renew my lease, but my current roommate is moving out. 2/2 in SRB near Watersound. Room would have own bathroom - unless guests are over, which is rare. I do have a 12 year old lab/boxer mix who is well behaved and friendly. Subject to apartment application approval ($75). $1,200/mo flat. That covers all utilities/internet/water/etc. Room can be furnished or not. I live in an apartment with the Jellyfish floorplan.
