Room for Rent in Cassine Gardens

I am a 43 year-old female, and I have a furnished 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse in Cassine Gardens. I would like to rent a room with a private bath for $400/month. I also have 2 small dogs, so you must like dogs.

Cleanliness and neatness are 2 qualities I possess, and would appreciate in a roomate. 😀
