My roommate recently moved out for grad school and I'm looking to fill his room beginning September 1st. I live in the Bungalows behind TomThumb, a short 5 minute walk from the beach. Condo is 2br/2.5 bath with a pool and jacuzzi outside. Room is furnished with a bed and a small dresser and I have most of the shared spaces furnished.
