Hi! I live in Santa Rosa Beach on the bay and will have a room with a private bath available to rent beginning January 1st. Looking for either a long term or short term rental. I have a 1 yr old German Shepherd puppy that is VERY sweet and energetic, so you must be a dog person! Looking for someone that is respectful of their home and keeps the place clean. Very interested if still available? I'm 58, no pets but love all animals ( actually my grand pup is a beautiful German Shepherd!) My current roommate is getting married but will tell you I've been his best housemate ever! Keeps to myself very tidy but not ocd. Been a resident in SRB 30+ years.
