room for rent

Hi all.
I'm looking for a room to rent in Santa Rosa Beach or Miramar Beach. Would like to move in mid August.
I've lived in the area for two years, and work full time at a local vacation rentals company.
I'm very clean and dependable. Would prefer an unfurnished room as I have my own furniture.
