Short or Long term roomate wanted to share 3 bdrm house 1 1/2 baths in Blue Mountain Beach - RIGHT OFF OF 30A- great location - beach access across the street. Home is fully furnished but if wanted to bring own bdrm furniture that could arranged. Responsible, quiet person male or female (preferably female). Small patio out back, back yard. I am quiet, clean and easy to get along with. I do have cats just in case alergic. Your rent would be $500 which includes utilities. I also have plenty of extra sleeping room for guests. Yes. I have had a few inquiries. Also, I had the rent amount wrong. It is supposed to be $550.00 includes all utilities and everything you need. Dish with DVR, WIFi, home phone with free long distance. If you are interested please give me a call at 850-622-3352. It is well worth the extra rent and I apologize that I had that wrong.
