Looking for a female roommate. The condo is in Red Fish Village. The room has a walk in closet and it's own bath. Rent is $750 which includes utilities. The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the condo is furnished. Must have a stable job, be clean, and respectful.

I know you said you are looking for female roommate, but are you willing to look at a responsible 31yr. old male? If so I can send you a bio to at least take a look at. I am hardworking full time employed and I was just mislead by the woman I currently rent a room from and need a place asap. If not I understand, but if you are willing to take a look at who I am and how I will treat your place, you will not be disappointed. Thanks for your consideration.
