My boyfriend Darren and I (Jennifer) purchased our home last summer in Driftwood Estates, Santa Rosa Beach, located right by Grand Blvd and Sandestin. We live in a great neighborhood with awesome neighbors and just a couple blocks from the Bay! The house has a great layout for roommates with an open floor plan and 2 livingrooms. The room available for rent is on the opposite side of the home allowing for additional privacy. Our house is at the end of a loop with no neighbors directly behind or in front of us. Empty lots surround us for the most part with only one neighbor to our East. Great privacy and quiet neighborhood with friendly neighbors we love hanging out with. Darren and I are ambitious professionals with a social and fun side. We are easy to get a long with and enjoying relaxing around the house. We are big readers, enjoy wine tasing and business networking. We are looking for someone that shares some of our same qualities that could add to our lives. Room includes all utilities, a cable box and sharing of general household items and food. We are looking for one roommate but would entertain a second if two friends were interested in moving together. Both rooms would share a bathroom which has 2 seperate vanities and a tub/shower.
