Roommate or a great small place

I left 30A to tend to a sick relative but now I am coming back. Funds aren't as abundant as once before so I am seeking a roommate or a very reasonable room or small condo. I do have employment when I arrive. I am not a big party animal but more laid back and lover of life. Other than work I fish, chill on the beach or work on my photography.
