Roommate/Room for rent

I’m a single male, in my 30’s, looking to rent out a room or even a roommate. No pets, but I do have my son part time. I work, and have investments and plan on more. With that being said I have a budget of 1,000 a month max, if this meets anyone criteria text me at 850-598-8324!
