roommate wanted in seagrove bungalows

starting december 1st, i need a roommate to rent out a bedroom at the bungalows in seagrove beach. the house is 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, 2 levels and partially furnished. the spare bedroom is the same size as mine and you will have your own attached bathroom. both rooms are on the 2nd floor with individual access to a shared deck. i have 2 large leather couches, a coffee table, a dining room table, and a flat screen plasma tv to furnish the main level. the spare bedroom is completely unfurnished so bring whatever you'd like. no drugs or weapons or pets please. i have a pet snake...totally sweet and harmless and always caged. although i love animals, i am very allergic to cats and dogs. rent is $525 plus half the electric bill and half the tv/internet bill. water is paid for by the landlord, which is very nice if you have any questions please feel free to contact me at 850-849-2955. my name is kristen. thank you!

haha sorry. she is really sweet actually. every person ive come across who has a fear of snakes has ended up loving her and not wanting to put her back in her cage but thanks for your reply. good luck on your search

my lease is up in febfuary so after that it will be month to month and you can decide how long you'd like to stay
