I have a room available for rent beginning ASAP! I am located on the West End of PCB about 10 minutes from 30-A Rosemary Beach end. I am 5 minutes away from Pier Park, and the complex has beach access as well as a pool and tennis courts.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished. I am a young professional looking for someone that is clean, responsible, and dependable. I have 3 cats that will also be living with us. So preferably looking for someone without animals.
A background check will be ran.
You will have your own bathroom as well!

Also the condo is furnished with everything you will need so no need to bring anything you can’t fit in your bedroom.
