Open concept common areas. 1/2 bath in the common living area for guests, while both bedrooms have their own full bathroom within the room. Large covered porches. Outdoor shower.

- Yard is small but maintaining it is the responsibility of us tenants.

There is a stack washer/dryer hook-up available, but the space doesn’t currently have the appliance (maybe that is a cost you’d like to split between us after move-in?)

The house is on a quiet and close-knit street. Drugs, loud parties & destructive behavior aren’t tolerated.

No smoking inside the apartment.

Single female in my 30’s. Most weeks I work out of town and am usually gone Sunday afternoon - and return Thursday evening. So you’ll have the place to yourself a lot! When I am home, I am quiet and mind my own business so no worries about me being nosy or disruptive.

Must love cat: I have a small 20 yr old cat that I inherited from my mom & I’d really appreciate a roommate that would feed her a can of wet food every morning that I will have laid out in advance and scoop out the litter box once a week while I’m away vs. having my friend or a pet sitter coming in and out and potentially disrupting your day. That is truly all she requires and she is very sweet!
