Roommate Wanted

I am looking for a roommate beginning on January 1 for cute Florida cottage on West Mitchell Avenue (off of Bay Drive). I will have 1 bedroom for rent beginning at the first of the year for $700 including utilities. It is an adorable home with a newly installed yard. No pets please! If you are interested, please email me at erpowell@mchsi.com. This bedroom includes it's own bathroom.

Thanks.
