Roommate wanted

Hi!
I have a room for rent! It is furnished with a king bed, tv, armoire, and the closet is a pretty decent size. I have a two bedroom condo in a complex that is 10 minutes away from 30-A, Rosemary Beach end, and 5 minutes away from Pier Park. The rent is $875 and that includes everything. Electric, water, cable, internet. The complex has a pool, tennis court, and beach access.
Also, must love cats. I have 3 cats that also call the place home.
I am a young professional that works in Rosemary Beach. Hoping to find a roommate that is responsible, dependable, clean, and fun!
