Run/Sup releases information and schedules for their classes, after school programs, clinics, and yoga for paddle boarders and runners. Classes are catered to you. All experience levels welcome.

Available Classes Include:


RUN/SUP. An up tempo workout that combines SUP, trail running and on board exercises. Taught interval style and open to all levels. Come, let your workout take you somewhere.

TRX Suspension. Suspension training body weight exercise that develops strength, balance, flexibility, and core simultaneously. Perfect cross training for any activity.

Bootcamp. Functional movements provide a killer cardio and strength workout and a chance to sweat outside!

SUP Yoga. A group paddle with a focus on core fusion inspired by Yoga and Pilates. Taught on beautiful Western Lake

Girls Sweat 30A. A fun, positive, and empowering environment that develop a positive attitude towards fitness and girls will walk away with confidence. Sessions are held after school for Elementary & Middle School ages.

R/S Run Club. Free community run leaving from the RUN/SUP store in Seagrove, open to all levels.

R/S Stair Workout. Free Community interval style workout combining beach access stairs and short beach runs.
