My Lucy would growl or bark at anything different, new a/c unit in the back yard freaked her out everytime she saw it the day we had it installed. She was such a silly.

I know. I can no longer hang the big halloween skeleton on the front glass door cause she barks at it constantly. frankly, it scared me too whenever I glanced that way.

when dory was a pup she would bark at everything in the house, but when she went outside she was a big chicken - afraid of every single noise she heard. she was also afraid of the dark...

I had a dog ( corgi) growing up that sensed something in our house. Usually late at night she would just stop at the edge of the kitchen and whimper. it always freaked me out. It was a fairly new house too...maybe built on an old indian grounds or something. dodododoodododooo

looney bird???????Sorry, missed this one... The Hummingbird is the only bird that can fly backwards. All other birds use the down stroke to power their flight.
Hummingbirds can fly up and down, left and right, backwards, and unusually - even upside down - all due to their unique upstroke strength.
