Welcome every customer like you would a good friend coming into your home. -Drive sales through customer engagement, product knowledge & product recommendations. -Exude good vibes and a light spirit in all interactions. -Build relationships with customers and team. -Process customer transactions and problem solve. Who you are: -Customer focused -Self motivated, works well independently -Reliable -Flexible -Passionate about product and design -Willing to “learn as we grow” Requirements & Qualifications: -Previous retail sales experience -Excellent customer service -Excellent communication skills -Available weekends, evenings and some holidays -Able to lift and move boxes up to 30 lbs. -Able to climb a ladder safely.
