Hi! Family and I are making the trip in early August to Blue Mountain. We are staying on Blue Lake RD but our beach access is Sea Grade (one block from our rental). I have two questions: 1.) Is this area crowded in August? Looks like mostly houses so I am assuming we will avoid the rows and rows of rented umbrellas/charis? 2.) We have rented a golf cart. Are we allowed to park it anywhere near the Sea Grade Rd Beach Access? I noticed from the aerial photo below there appears to be a vacant lot next to the board walk. Possible parking there?
