• Kitchen, living room, dining room, half bath, queen-size sleeper sofa, and screened-in porch downstairs.
• Primary bedroom (king bed) with a screened-in porch, second bedroom (queen bed) with a small desk, and shared full bath upstairs.
  
  Complex amenities: Pool, tennis/pickle ball court, nature trails, pond, quiet complex. No Pets per HOA rules. Two parking spaces available.
  
  Rent: $2,300 monthly plus a one-time cleaning fee of $200 at end of stay (rent includes all utilities, Internet, and a variety of options for TV: Hulu, Netflix, Sling, Max, AppleTV+, etc.
  
  Availability: November 4, 2023 - May 4, 2024

Ideally, I would prefer a six-month rental, but I will entertain monthly rentals.
