Wanted Seaside/Grayton roommates, summer lease (May 1st- July 31st)

Hello! I'm starting a job down in 30A and I'm looking to sublease this summer (May 1st- July 31st). I would like to stay under $1,300 a month. I am a 22-year-old girl, so if roommates, I would prefer them also to be girls my age. I would prefer somewhere on the Seaside/Grayton section of 30A.

Hi- If you find others to go in with you, I have a duplex in the west end of Panama City Beach/Laguna Beach. It's about 10 mins from downtown Rosemary. One side is a 2/1 and the other a studio. I can't really rent the studio separately bc it doesn't have it's own meter, however, I can rent the whole property to someone and allow sublet of the studio. If she has a larger group this could work. I am open to lease between 3mo-12mo. House was just vacated last week and is ready to be shown. It's listed on Zillow.
