The Seaside Town Council is looking for Residential Security Officers.

- Responding to emergency calls, utility breakdowns, fires, safety violations or hazards, accidents, loitering or trespassing, security related deficiencies, theft or other property crimes, violent crimes against persons. intoxicated persons, soliciting or peddling disturbances or demonstrations, enforcement of parking rules, enforce golf cart rules, patrol of the beach pavilion, and residential area, event assistance and generating incident reports for significant events that have occurred on the property requiring documentation.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License and transportation
- Must pass a drug screening and background check
- Provide references for the last 5 years
- Employment experience for the last 5 years
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
- Perform duties in a professional manner
- Exhibit good judgment in performance of duties
- Ability to walk, and/or stand for repeated prolonged periods of at least one hour each throughout each shift
- Ability to work with computer programs such as Microsoft Office
