I'm looking to move to the 30A area (or nearby) for the summer! I'm flexible with the move-in date and would ideally stay until the end of August, but I'm open to other options. I'm specifically looking for summer housing, so if anyone knows of any work-and-living programs in 30A or has information on a carriage house or small studio rental, I'd love to hear about it.

Could you find other roommates? It has a gulf view and is across street from beach. Tenant moving out in May. I can furnish it enough for you to live there.
