Seeking LTR on 30A

We are a working couple who currently live in Pt. Washington. We are looking for a LTR somewhere between Blue Mountain and Seagrove. Our ideal house would have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, pet friendly, and within walking distance to the beach. By pet friendly, I mean we have an outside dog. However, if a yard is unavailable we would bring the dog back in. Our price range is from $1,300 to $1,900. Willing to consider furnished, for the right house....😀
