I think all of us wives/husbands/significant others and children of service industry folks need to join forces this summer. They'll be off in the kitchens, dining rooms, rental offices, etc while those of us with "regular jobs" are left to hold down the fort and stay out of the way of our visitors.
I intend to have a blast during the 70 or so hours a week he'll be gone (shhhh, don't tell)
Cookout anyone? Weekly "date night" for wine and sunsets? fishing, riding, hiking, kicking back and sluggin beers? Get all the kids together?
