I'm a professional full time resident and need a place by early June or latest 1 July. I prefer 30A / Santa Rosa Beach but I'm flexible although nothing further west than Destin. I will have small dogs (15 lbs, fully trained/crated) visit from time to time and will pay a pet deposit. Prefer a SFH but will consider TH if it is quiet construction. Fenced yard and garage would be ideal. Looking for $1600 or less. Thanks!
