Hey friends, my family and I have recently relocated to the 30a area. I’m looking for a space to use as an office / workshop for my guitar pedal business 1981 Inventions. I am pretty flexible on what type of space could work, but I’m reaching out on here to see if anything comes to mind for anyone. My budget is flexible depending on the specifics
Looking for something:
- reasonably close to 30a / Seaside (would consider Pt. Washington or above Hwy 98)
- climate controlled
- would need to be able to make some noise (guitar amp, recording)
- natural light
- 400+ sq ft
- would not need retail or customer space
- open to renting an office, garage, even an entire house
