I have an extra bedroom in newly purchased house. I have finished the bedrooms and bathrooms but the
living room and kitchen are still in need of renovations. I would like to rent out the bedroom and extra bath
to someone who needs a place either for a transition or for long term.
You must be employed, neat, clean, drug and drama free. The rent is $750 including utilities.
I have a small dog so you must like pets. The house is located behind Retail Therapy/VKI on 98, SRB.
