Short term roommate furnished house $900 near beach

I am renting a 3bdrm, 2 bath fully furnished house 1/2 mile from the beach in Seacrest. Includes all utilities and internet. The master bedroom would be yours with a Jacuzzi tub. No smoking, no pets, professional person only. This is not a party house. Available Jan 1 to May 1. References required. That said, I am very laid back and have a good sense of humor. We would be the only tenants so there is an extra bedroom for occasional guests.
