If any of you have any, fire away. That groundhog said only 6 weeks and I'm still waiting (and getting antsy ;-) ).

Spring? What is that? We are still getting snow here. Although it is supposed to get up into the 40's by the weekend. One can only hope.
I've got about another month before I see any signs of Spring.

Not much spring happening here! This is as far as I've gotten thru this thread so far but I just have to agree with you. I could've written this post! Only we have piles of snow that are about 5 feet high. Still lots of ice eveywhere. And tons of white salt on all the cars an junk. We are supposed to get snow this week. HOWEVER, this is not unusual for this time of year.Snow today with white out conditions - wind chill in the 20's. Although things are looking up as I can see the crocuses peeking through the snow. Supposedly it will be in the 50's next week.
I did wear a corduroy blazer instead of my wool coat even tho it was about 32 degrees out this a.m. I am determined to make it spring even when it's not! We only have about another month tho and spring will be here!!!!!!!!!!

Hopefully things will look up soon. No improvement here today.
Sub zero wind chills. At least the sun is out for now. Currently only a dusting of snow but we are expecting 2-4 inches tomorrow. That freaking ground hog is clueless! Stay warm!SoWal Insider

gorgeous BB! birmingham is always so colorful in the spring. we don't see nearly as much color or blooming flowers in sowal. in fact, when we go to Bham in the springtime (usually Easter), we just aren't used to the profusion of pollen and it just about kills us (my eyes!!!!). but it's truly beautiful throughout the city.

Signs of spring...new hairdo's. See Kimmi, jdarg and Tootsie whenever they show and tell. And Darlene got her spring perm.
Two girls in my office just got new haicuts too.

Yep...I know the feeling (achooo!) but it is so worth it! The tulip trees have been blooming for at least two weeks now....we got an early start it seems.
When I am down week after next we will have to just all go over to Eden and see what is blooming there....let's do a picnic lunch!:clap_1: Lil' FFF and her friend will be with me...you have to see her! OMG....she's almost as tall as I am now! That kind of happened overnight! She turns 16 on Thursday!
