I’m a 50 yo Medical Sales Executive relocating from Atlanta to the S. Walton area looking to lease a condo/townhome/house/apt. for 12+ months. I have a 3+ year old 39 lb Border Collie/Lab mix (certified support animal) that is extremely well trained. No barking, chewing or messes. She was raised in an Atlanta high rise condo- zero issues. Hi Ryan- I live in ATL too but own a 3/2 property in the quiet west end of Panama City Beach. It's across the street from the Gulf. It's a 2/1 on one side and an attached studio on the other side. It will be available in late Feb maybe sooner. Pet friendly, one level. It's 8 mins from downtown Rosemary Beach. Great gulfside grocery store (blocks away) with wonderful selection and cheaper than Publix. Beaches are quiet and not crowded even in high season. I would allow a sublease (subject to approval) of the studio if you only need the 2/1.
