Small Space to Rent

I'm a responsible, clean, professional in my 4o's looking for a small living space. I work from my office in Blue Mountain a lot. My current lease ends in May. I have one car, no pets and live pretty minimally. A 6 month or a year lease would be perfect. You're welcome to any references! I also have experience in property management and would be happy to keep an eye on your home if you have a carriage house or rental property close by.
