Re: Sopranos

well, we missed the first episode tonight because we couldn't get rid of Uncle Smiling Joseph fast enough ( :lolabove: ). He was over having some good eats after sunset.

but we can catch it this week, huh? :idontno: cannot wait!!!! it's my only TV show left in the entire world, since Six Feet went under...

yes, pasta! how did you guess? took the sauce outta the freezer from last Sun when you were here. we all needed it just as badly today as we did last Sun.... gorgeous sunset, pretty rough water/waves, a little windy but very nice. when we first got to the beach around 4:30, there were tons of spring breakers out enjoying the beach in bathing suits like it was June... burrrrrrr....

I did - was that not a strange bunch - however in spite of it, I stayed glued to it. Bill wasn't that great, but I have a feeling to just give him a little time. I will probably watch again next week. What about you?

yeah, i liked it. but, i know some mormons, so it's interesting to see what they're trying to get away from.

some more insight to the struggles of jackmormons can be gained by reading Under The Banner of Heaven excerpt

They're back!! Awesome episode. The writing on this show is great. I did not see that ending coming and it will will most likely send the show in a new direction. Some questions - did we know last season that Janice was expecting & that Christopher was made Captain? It has been so long since I saw the last episode - I can't remember. :idontno: I wanted to watch the last episode "On Demand" before last nights show but it was no longer available.

Re: Sopranos

i can't believe this is the end for the big guy. 911 was left off the hook, so they'll come get him. some serious power struggling can be anticipated. interesting to see this story line played out. how about the suicide? in retrospect, i guess that was his only way out. now his wife can get to fla, where she can put junior in rehab. meadow was looking seriously hot in her first scene. better add spoilers to thread title now

I don't think this is it for Tony either. There will definitely be an power struggle. And it may be interesting to see how Tony reponds to being on the receiving end of violence. The suicide also surprised me - it seemed like Eugene was going to be a major character - only to be gone by the end of the show. I guess we got a look at the mob's retirement plan.

I cracked up when the ex FBI guy shows up at Satriale's for a sandwich & Bobby with that engineers cap!

and, i seem to now recall some words the shrink was saying about "being taken care of" interesting to see how will respond to having to be taken care of. can you say worst patient ever.

i think i'm going to need to rewatch it

I fell asleep at 7pm last night and missed Grey's Anatomy, Big Love, Cheerleader Nation and Sopranos. Just watched Sopranos knowing that it's going to be all over and everyone at work will be discussing.

He definitely will not be a good patient. I think I am going to rewatch it tonight as well. Also want to check out Big Love.
