South Walton Sports Complex Pickleball Court Lights

I've written several emails and called various places but have been unable to reach the right person to get the lights at the pickleball court fixed. There are three rows of lights, and the row in the middle stopped working, it's not a burned out bulb, I think it's a wiring problem.
