Southbay Lumber intends to modernize the existing retail building by demolishing the majority of existing structures onsite for a new building. It will also expand the lumber yard into a new 5 acre property on the north. Southbay plans to sell 0.75 acres of the new 5.0 acre property to Sellers Tile with an access easement for Southbay trucks to exit through Sellers Tile.
