I know this is a South Walton board, but there always seems to be alot of people with knowledge about St. Joe. I saw a brief article over the weekend about St. Joe signing a deal with Miraval Holding to develop and operate Miraval Village at Windmark Beach (I can't find the artical now or else I would post it here). There weren't any details. Anyway, supposedly, former AOL founder Steve Case has some involvement in this Miraval Holding company. They develop high end spas. Has anyone else heard about this and can provide more information?
