Studio/guest house/1 bedroom or roommate!

Hello,

I am a young professional/student looking for a new home in the Mack Bayou/30a area. I am currently living in Boulder, CO and will be leaving back home to the beaches May 1st. I will be working at as an agent assistant at a real estate brokerage on 30a as well as weekend waitressing for some extra cash until I begin school in August.

As I enjoy sharing time and words with people, I would love to have a roommate if you're pup-friendly!

Olive is a boxer mix-breed; here in Boulder, she has become CGC (Canine Good Citizen) Certified. She's 2 years old- out of the puppy phase (phew!), an expert snuggler, and total goof. I've never had a problem with her and will be happy to refer you to previous Landlords for assurance.

My budget varies depending on the property; $850 is the most i'm willing to pay for studio/1 bedroom. With a roommate, I will spend upto $650.
