Hi, My roommate recently moved back home and I am looking for something a little smaller...hopefully a studio or 1 BR in Seagrove, but am willing to explore other areas along 30A. Rooms for rent (w/ private bath) are also an option. I am a young professional with a steady job and can provide many references. No issues with drugs, alcohol, etc. Ideally, I'd like to stay around $600/month, but that could be negotiated. Preferably unfurnished, but I'm open to whatever options are thrown my way.
