Summer rental for college student

Hey everyone!
Two of my best friends just graduated from Mississippi State and will be going to grad school in the fall, but are looking to come down and work June, July, and August! They have worked at the Hub the past two summers and stayed in a family rental, but it has been rented long term so they are looking for a place to stay! They are so nice, clean, quite, easy going, and hardly home. They are looking for something small and simple: bedroom, garage apartment, studio space, etc. They have incredible references if you need them. They will hardly be home truthfully.
